MGGTI deliverables

The official model comprises six domains: IT strategy, IT governance, information management, information systems management, IT service management, and IT use and adoption.

Deliverables may include:

  • IT assessment and strategy;
  • governance structure, roles, decisions, and indicators;
  • information, systems, and service catalogs;
  • practices for development, environments, requirements, and continuous integration;
  • service continuity, availability, capacity, and operations;
  • use, adoption, and change management plan.

MGPTI deliverables

The official model organizes projects into strategic context, planning, execution and control, and closure and operations.

Deliverables may include:

  • characterization, expected value, and strategic alignment;
  • project brief, scope, stakeholders, risks, resources, and schedule;
  • monitoring, quality, change, and acceptance mechanisms;
  • closure, transition to operations, and outcome measurement.

Client requirements

Access to responsible stakeholders, plans, processes, inventories, existing architecture, projects, and applicable regulations. The organization remains responsible for decisions, approval, and compliance.
